About the role
6-month contract in our Talent team with the possibility of extending to a full-time role
Main responsibilities:
- Identifying and mapping interesting profiles in the ecosystem to unearth founders and source great talent profiles
- Systematically building out our Operator Network and senior talent pool
Requirements
Candidate profile
- Demonstrable curiosity in the global startup ecosystem
- Self-starter, capable of executing assignments independently
- Strong research skills and methodological approach
- Experience in recruitment, network building or expert network
- 2-5 years of experience
